"Envidia Cochina" = to aspire to have one's good fortune. Albariño from historic biodynamic producer Eladio Pineiro in the oldest subregion of Rías Baixas. This wine is made from 100% estate fruit with 30+ year old vines. Decadent creamy texture from long lees aging with aromas of lemon, quince, white peach, orange blossom and sea salt. Fantastic with shellfish.

Cserszegi Fűszeres is a native Hungarian grape. Think shades of a Rhone-style Marsanne-Roussanne blend with fragrant citrus fruit aroma, a lively acidity and an exotic palate of elderflower, lychee and pineapple. A perfect compliment to a hearty winter salad or a spiced-up Thai-style curry or noodle dish.

The 2021 Gigondas Vieilles Vignes produced by Domaine Saint-Damienan is an outstanding achievement laced with rose water, red currant and raspberry aromas, complemented by meaty and spicy gradations. Fleshy and polished, this stimulating 2021 red flawlessly integrates its 14.6% alcohol, dazzling with a juicy finish.
