JOY WINE & SPIRITS
RETURN POLICY
At Joy Wine & Spirits, we stand behind the quality of our products and strive to ensure customer
satisfaction. Please review our return policy below.

GENERAL RETURNS
• Returns are accepted with a valid receipt.
• Bottles must be unopened, in original condition, with original packaging and labels intact.
• Approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment.

RETURNS WITHOUT A RECEIPT
• Returns without a receipt may be accepted at the discretion of Joy Wine & Spirits.
• Returns without a receipt are eligible for store credit only.
• Store credit will be issued at the most recent sale price of the item.

LARGE OR PARTIAL ORDER RETURNS
• Returns totaling more than 40% of the original order value are subject to a 15% restocking
fee.
• The restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund or store credit.

“BAD BOTTLE” POLICY
• “Bad bottles” (e.g., corked or flawed wine) will be accepted only if wine remains in the
bottle.
• Empty bottles cannot be accepted.
• Bad bottles are eligible for exchange only, either for the same product (if available) or for
another product of equal value.
• Bad bottles are not eligible for refunds.
• All bad bottle exchanges are subject to staff review and approval.

Joy Wine & Spirits reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria.
